The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect. Although hotel is located quite away of any public activities such as historical sites or night life, its position to the beautiful sea with nice beach (just 100 meters away) is perfect. Wonderful beach with amazing clear water just a minute away. There are no shopping options only small tavernas with very fresh fish and sea food.. Which was perfect for us( and kept the crowd away). Far from center of rhodes, water at dinner is not included. there is no jim at the hotel. nothing. There is not enough animation. It is not 5* resort, max. 3+. I estimate no investment during last five years. Spa was not working. Very poor Food quality Dirty.
