Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Nice pub. Would definitely stay again. We booked the family room, which turned out to be an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room area. The breakfast was good.No one was at the hotel when we arrived even though the information provided by booking.com said that check-in was available any time during the day. It was cold and raining, so my wife and son had to wait outside while I went to find a pay phone to call the hotel owner.
