Everything. When we called to tell we will be late we were told how to get to our room and we had no problems getting in. The room was very spatious, comfortable and clean. Probably the best one in our entire trip. The hotel is just great! I would not want to stay anywhere else if I ever were to visit Munich again! It is a great hotel if you travel by car. It is new, clean and cheap.The rooms had a kitchenette so we didn't take the breakfast. the room was big,silent,comfortable. Big appartment with kitchen!. free internet. We liked our room very much. There is a huge grocery store close buy as well as other shopping facilities. The included breakfast was a very good deal. The S Baun was a 10 minute walk and from there we went into the downtown area and did a lot of sightseeing. It was about a 15 minute ride on the train. The room was big, and had a separate area with the kitchenette and refrigerator. Free internet was a plus. Breakfast was good, cereal, breads, rolls, meats and cheeses, yougert. They provided maps for both the city, and the metro system. Very friendly staff.Free parking, good breakfast, clean room, good price, free internet inroom. Within walking distance to shopping and grocery store. A littleway from Munich but easily accessible. No information where to park the car in case of full occupancy of hotel's parking.The tv and socketss did not work and there was no member of staffavailabe. The hotel is on an industrial estate where there is currently quite a lot of building work going on. The buidling itself is also shared with other companies! Still great value for money.noisy fridge. One, but very small defect was too little parking places.not enough parking space, hard to find (not enough signs), only coffee (no cocoa) for breakfast, but all in all it was a very enjoyable stay. No lift. no. A tad far from the city centre. Reception not staffed 24 / 7. No tea/coffee making facility.The stairways run like a maize!. not so manny parking spots.no warm milk at breakfast. rooms stark and they were like echo chambers.I saw a cockroach on the floor, the room wasn't sound proof at all.

- Take the A995 towards Munich and exit at Unterhaching/Taufkirchen.
- Turn left at the first roundabout (2nd exit) and then right at the next roundabout (1st exit).
- Follow Grünwalderweg for about 750 metres to the hotel.
By public transport:
- Take the S-Bahn line S5 and exit at stop Taufkirchen.
- Follow Eschenstraße and turn right onto Lindenring ab.
- Follow this street to the second roundabout and take the second exit to Grünwalderweg. The hotel is located on the right hand side.
