The staff was curteous and helpful and made my stay easy and actually a pleasure. Cooperation with my scheduyle was a major plus for me. excellent staff clean great for a short stay. Great location across from Palace and Gardens. Well maintained with good parking area. Friendly, helpful staff. Regulating room heat is a bit tricky, but can be done with practice. Room and hotel were beautiful and in a good location.
