Very well organised, close proximity to the airport, clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. prices for drinks and food are slightly out of line with German (airport) prices. The location, amenities, and staff were all excellent, We enjoyed our stay very much.The shuttle bus to the airport. the restaurant was verry good. We liked the gym equipment which was very modern and up to date. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. We would have liked a jug in the room with tea/coffee making facilities.

The check in at 3 p.m. but we were made wait till 4.30 p.m. since the rooms were not ready and had to accept a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one to avoid waiting anohter hour. The rpice of shuttle of 8 euros per person is excessive, other hotels in the vicinity charge 5 euros per trip (not per person). Internet charge of 10 euros while in anohther hotel we paid 3 euros for same. The location of hotel is very out of the way. If you go out, you will feel very non-convincy. expensive. do not touch the mini bar, beer garden advertised but closed, breakfast 20 euros per person extra.Restaurant: poor quality food and service. For the price, I found the hotel to be totally unacceptable. For theprice the hotel charged, I would have expected five star service.However, when we arrived, we were told that we had to fend for ourselveswith the baggage, as they had no bellboy. Also, the hotel receiptionistwas less than helpful. But he straw that broke the proverbial camel'sback was that the a/c in the room did not work.
