I was really impressed with this hotel, considering the price, and that it was at a rest stop! Super clean, comfortable, quiet room with a nice balcony and view. It was handy having the 24 hr restaurant an store adjacent, for those midnight cravings! Play area for the kids was appreciated, as well. Room even had an A/C unit, which is hard to find in Europe!. We stayed in a family room with two single beds joined together and two bunk beds for the kids.The size of the room was great and so was the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.Everything looked brand new and was very clean. We had a Samsung tv and air conditioning. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with free internet access and Sky tv. Hi class fitments in both bed and bath rooms. I travel to Frankfurt frequently by road and find this hotel an extremely convenient place to break the journey. The beds ware good. clean rooms; free wi fi;. Location along highway. Location and modern. Nice Rooms Right next to the Motorway Clean and tidy. Had to pay for wifi in the room (5 euro for 24 hrs), and it was very slow and spotty connection. Restaurant food was on the expensive side, but that's what you expect at a rest stop. Not really a downside but the hotel is a self check in,so no receptionist available. The staff who works in the shop and restaurant was there but couldn't speak English. The location of the hotel on the letsbookhotel.com map was wrong,it appears to be within the grounds of the commercial park but it is actually in the village of Heiligenroth. Room 104 has a really noisy metallic 'bang' on one of the pipes which seemed to make a sound every few minutes. Other than that room problem everything was fine. A bit impersonal Awkward to find from the north bound lane of the autobahn. It's only in the direction to Frankfurt. The 0-24 checking machine didn't work and had to go into the resturant to check in, but the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The gps coördinaties and the map on letsbookhotel.com are wrong. Staff were very stretched during check in process. Automatic machine didn't work. Had to wait 45 mins for the queue for food in the restaurant to die down before I could check in. The self check in machine doesn't work and there is now any information about it. So if don't want to wast your time, you should go directly to the reception and do the check in with the kindest receptionist from the area. Breakfast limited.
