this was a family run hotel and we were travelling on motorbikes. they made us so wellcome and even had a special workshop for the motobikes so you could clean them/check oil etc. evening meal was excellent.

The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful and takes parts personally in ensuring that guests are well taken care of. I toured 4 and 5 stars hotels across Europe and I highly recommend this little town hotel for its character.

The hotel staffs treated us like their family, especially the granny, she was very nice.

Lenzkirch is a small town 10 km from Titisee. But very beauitful and quiet town with. Excellent place to unwind. The owners (an elderly couple) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They do not speak any english except for one of the staff by the name of Anil. Excellent value for money. The restaurant in the hotel also serves some excellent local food at a reasonable price.

Not very easy to locate. But once you find the place it is worth it.

Pet friendly - We brought our Boston Terrier along and paid a minisculefee for him. Friendly staff - Although not everyone spoke English wewere able to communicate. Great food - Not only guests dined at thehotel restaurant, and no wonder since the food was tasty and the staffwas curteous. Location - Lenzkirch didn't have much to offer but thehotel was near other towns and tourist attractions.

The bathroom was very cold. We left the heater on the highest settingand it didn't work at all. Even though it was early October the bathroomfelt like a freezer all the time. It is not fun walking on cold tiles sothey need more bathroom mats. The furniture, appliances, and bathroomwere outdated.
