Very good value for money. Apt was huge and very comfortable. Maid service was also excellent.

Very clean, staff at the residence were extremely helpful. Our fridge had a broken shelf, heater was not going one night, all fixed very promptly.

Checkin at the Holiday Inn was not a pleasant experience. Staff abrupt and not friendly. Had requested a floor and specific room 4 months before. This had not been done, therefore we had no choice, once you arrive they say they are full. The website is confusing as the picture is of the Holiday Inn next door there is not that many floors in the Elb Residence.

The room was clean, and had a decent size kitchen. We were given an apartment with a kitchen when requested.

The standard room did not include a kitchen, fortunately we were still given a kitchen but we had to take two singles instead of a double room. Two lights did not work in the apartment, including the bathroom light. The hotel is not connected by train, you need to take the bus into the city which takes about 10mins.
