Seeing the above question, this one is quite unnessesary :-) Staff, room, location, breakfast, everything was perfectly in order!!. The room was a double, very nice, big, the beds were very comfortable, we liked it.The staff is very cooperative , clean hotel , good breakfast. Good hotel in quiet area but near the sightseeings.cleanliness, easy access to airport and centrum.

The hotel was not at all far from the city centre, but not in the city centre - e.g. walking distance to Romer Plaz: 25 min.no toaster for breakfast.. Rooms facing road and railway are rather loud with the windows open. Sounds insulation with windows closed was excellent but room became hot and stuffy, even on cooler nights in May. Bar would have been nice, since breakfast room was equipped and would have functioned well.the wireless internet did not work properly and unfortunately the staff could not help the problem. No tea/coffee making facilities and nowhere local to find a badly needed cuppa. There was rather little information about the hotel facilities - eg. mini-bar prices, how to use the phone, etc. No safe-deposit box as advertised. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.The breakfast was ok apart from the coffee which was simply revolting..!. using the Sauna costs extra. cheesy art, but that is a matter of taste. Staff coming in the room without knocking, even after having made the room...not sure why?. No washcloths, no bathtub,small room, no english tv. no close by restaurants. Should be more precise regarding the guest needs requested online.There was no workout center. Nothing much around the surrounding area except a supermarket and gas station.no air conditioning. Too noisy surroundings...Hotel bar wasn't open when we arrived at saturday lunchtime. Who rated it 4*? It isn't! Bathroom very small and under equipped. Duvet a little small and tends to fall off. Desk staff sometimes very pleasant but not as professional as any 4*. No concierge and when emailed for restaurant reservations, neither made them nor told us.it is already the third time we book the hotel. Management of breakfast still catastrophic!. Far from Fairs, nothing to eat or drink after breakfast.Location : there is no restaurant nearby (or in the hotel) and I ended up having to buy some sandwiches in a latenight supermarket for my dinner !. small rooms for price. didnt seem like a 4 star hotel. 3 star hotels in paris were better!. its not 4 stars hotel , mayby 2 ! not restaurant in hotel. on brekfest problem with expres , big cup ....... Our room stank of cigarette smoke despite having the whole hotel labelled as non-smoking. Gave us both blocked noses by the morning!. Comparing to the number of stars shown on your web site, it seems to be not in line with. Room size and cloth cabinet is very small. It is suitable for the overnight stay, not for a week stay like the fair. Further, the bed is not comfortable. It is too soft and give me the backache in the morning. the first days were too hot and the last days too cold.We spoke to the lady from reception but nothing happend.I was given a room for smokers though I asked in advance a non-smoking room,thank God I was there only 1 night The staff is not a very friendly one,they didn't let me use their bathroom after checking out.

All rooms, in addition to the listed amenities, provide a make-up mirror. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, 2 of which are non-smoking, with many rooms being located towards the very quiet courtyard. We have single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. As an early booker you can have a room with a kitchenette on request.

Travelling information

There are numerous underground lines and trams which stop in the vincinity of our hotel. From Frankfurt International Airport, take the S 8 or S9 to Offenbach (via Frankfurt Main station/ Hauptbahnhof). Our stop is Mühlberg which is 50 meters from our hotel. Our hotel is at the right handside, direction city centre. The S1 also stops here.

If you arrive from Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, take the bus to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof) and change there for the tram lines S1, S8 or S 9 (stop Mühlberg).

From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, you can also take the underground lines S 2, S3, S4, S5 or S6. Exit at the stop Lokalbahnhof, leave the station at the exit Siemensstrasse and turn right. After 100 meters, turn left into the Offenbacher Landstrasse. We are a further 100 meters on the right handside.

You can also take the bus No 46 from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, direction Offenbach Kaiserlei. Exit at the stop Mühberg which is in front of our hotel.
