Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and bar area. Comfy bed and clean, modern room. Nespresso machine and i- pod dock was a nice touch.

For dinner the restaurant lacks casual (and cheaper) dining options. Even room service is a bit high brow before 11pm. We had a junior suite which was nice but looked onto the carpark.

We like the Flemings Deluxe Hotels in Frankfurt having stayed in another one last year. They seem to have got everything right and are well located near the river and city for walking and shopping. We were there on business and pleasure, but enjoyed every minute.

Location, excellent food.

Two luggage racks for couples and a blanket alternative to a Duvet. These comments apply to all hotels up to and including 5 star. Duvets do not make for good nights rest. They are simply too hot., but the hotel accountants probably love them.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb. The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting. I would highly recommend for business people but not so much for tourists.

We liked barmen in hotel bar , he explain us everything, were to go were to eat, where to shop....

Very nice breakfast. All the Muffins looks tasty. Very friendly staffs. Perfect Internet signal. Close to the Altstadt, Marien Plz. About 10-15 minutes walk to the underground station.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

Aircondition shuts off when you take remove the keycard from the slot. Hence, the room was too hot when I returned

The room was very comfortable, including the shower in the middle. They had a computer available for our use.

The restaurant was very pricey, even though the food was good. There were not other restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

close to trolley and the jazz section of Frankfurt (over bridge on Lange Strasse). Staff helpful at desk. Very interesting shower in the room. If you are an elder traveler this is not for you, no tub or hand holds. If you have child be warned of TV selection that may come on when accessing.

The staff were fantastic, made us very welcome. The Resturant is outstanding! Is in walking distance of the Zeil shopping strip and old Germany tourist shops etc Don't be put off with the glass shower in the room it made no difference at all, the toilet is behind closed doors, phew!

I liked the bar and restaurant facility as well as the gym/ spa downstairs. Staff were courteous, attentive and personable.

The shower stall in the room itself could be off putting for many people I think if they were not aware it till arrival.

It was a very nice room with a lovely glass shower. I like the tv channels and also the bed was very comfy. The beer in the minibar was well priced. It was a good location for our needs as it was close to the city shops and Sachsenhausen.

The view was rubbish as I looked onto a building meaning I had to have the curtains drawn at all times. We didnt know breakfast was included in the price and missed out on both days so that was very disappointing as it should have been pointed out at the check in.

Although not an attractive location in itself, the hotel is very close to the Altstadt and bar/restaurant areas. Decent gym/sauna. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Fairly anodyne place - you could be anywhere. Little tray by the bedside contained apples (nice) and someone's else's hair (not nice!). Ordered an omelette at breakfast, which never turned up, since the restaurant was packed at breakfast, and the staff clearly couldn't cope (despite their best efforts).
