Very friendly and cordial staff. The staff was really nice and friendly. Very good breakfast if you have it early in the morning. Perfect location in pedestrian area and historical city centre.It is very close to the shopping area. I appreciated in particular the position of the hotel, it is really central.Excellent location, very friendly staff and service, clean and comfortable. attended Light and Build exhibition. The fan provided did help some. Too many noise heard during the night.At the arrival, they gave us a double room which was tiny, dark, old-furnished. After the first night I asked for a change and they were prompt to do it... probably they were used to be asked for a change with that room!!! (number 10 :-() The second room we were given was absolutely better, larger, better furnished. The relationship price/quality with the second room is really positive. No room service / after hours food, can be noisy at night (very thin walls so other guests easily overheard). The bathroom had a very bad smell. When we arrived at hotel despite having booking - we were told no room available go to sister hotel Hotel Zentrum We had to relocate hotel and wak with all our luggage to the other hotel. Room was very squashed for three of us. Very hot. No airconditioning except in reception area.room facilities are really too simple, very small hotel,poor breakfast. I required a double bed, but I was given just two single beds set side to side.a lot : this is definitely not a 3 stars hotel, it does not deserve any star at all. The shower leaked and the room was cold for the price charged.
