Just a perfect value for money, i will recommend to all our friends. Clean room, nicely furnished with everything needed. The staff is just great, place for parking the car outside the hotel, everithing was just fine. I really enjoyied and we will definitely stay there again. We had a four-bed-room and it was enough space for 4 adults. It was clean and neat. Good value for money. Location is ok as it is right next to a small train station where very regularly trains leave to Frankfurt city center (1 or 2 stops away).

Problems with check-in, because I asked two diferent invoices for two diferent rooms. Nothing. The neighborhood is not the best and it makes that feel not safe. Mattresses on bunks were a bit hard, whereas the bed was very comfortable. Problems with parking. Noise of the railroad may disturb the sleep. Noisy rooms (the ones facing at the street). I wasn't ask for currency when paying the accomodation. Even if I gave the eur card, my home country currency have been selected to pay the hotel. This thing raised the bill with about 5%. So I think you have to specify when paying the currency to the hotel staff. The fire alarm went off in the night and I woke up. A station is near the hotel. The staff wasn't really helpful. I was struggling to look for my room as it was located on the other annexed building. Lack of towels and sheets on kids' beds. that day was very Hot. No FAN or A/c in the room. A Construction Company was working Behind the hotel, so too much noise in the morning time. the room isn't soundproof, the sound of snoring from next room troubled me through night. Mattress was too hard ... 3 days: once changing towel. there is no hot water cooker inside room, unconvinient for those love hot drinks. the heat. it was too hot in Frankfurt and the room was extremely hot also. parking fees,small tv. nothing to be mention. Front desk is clueless. Guy did not know how to read the reservation. I reserved 2 rooms under the same reservation. Total amount paid was for 2 rooms. Confirmation said 2 rooms. They had vacancy but just kept saying but my computer says 1 room and they charged you for 2???. No closet or locker whatsoever. wifi is very weak. Staff members of this hotel are not efficient enough to handle the customers. Surprisingly they need hard copy of reservation and do not accept soft copy even they have everything in their mail and records. The price was enormous, 909 EUROs for 3 nights is unreasonable and made me feel unfair. The room is not convenient at all, to say the least. staff could not cope with check in demand, waited more than half an hour. Free wifi only in lounge, no phone in the room. It's very close to a big train station and it was too noisy. staff does not treat friendly,the elevator did not work 2 nights during my stay(3 nights) and i was in 5th floor and i am cardiac case. Small room. Room is extremely small and looks nothing as in pictures shown in letsbookhotel.com. *Insanely* noisy! A big junction of trains/trams is nearby, every couple of minutes a train passes by during the whole night. Starting at 4:00 AM trucks and workers are working in immediate vicinity. The wall are thin. Ask for a room not above the entrance otherwise you won't sleep.
