The receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Veronica, Thomas, and Eva helped me a lot during my stay and were very kind and friendly receptionists. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect because its next to Erding train station which make it very easy to go to Munich via train. I enjoyed my stay there and it's very likely for me to stay there next time I visit Erding.
all reviews » The location just accross the street from the S-bahn station is very convenient. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. Their most used English word was "of course". Very good location just acros the street from train station and few minutes walk to the town center, my room was big and with balcony, confortable bed, flat screen tv with many international channels. We had a problem with wasps, the hotel caught the wasps first and later we received another room. There is large free parking lot 100 meters away from the hotel. Location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Erding. Right across the street from train station makes getting around very easy if going to other locations. Location, train station is right across the street. Beds are comfy and the gentleman at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has good location; close to metro and taxi station; quiet location; staff is very cooperative nad friendly. Location near the train station. The quality of the hotel. The booking was not registered in the hotel's system when we arrived. There were no coffee machine in the room. I didnt try the breakfast but 15 euro pp is too expensive in my opinion, in 4 star hotel I would expect more toiletries and not only fixed-to-the- wall soap/shampoo tube. No complementary coffee or continental breakfast as shown in room books and as promised when booking room. Restaurant served raw steaks late one evening that we could not eat. There was a sign in bathroom about using your towels more than once, so we agreed but they still took your towels. The lady that worked front desk at note was rude, when we asked for another towel she said " we give you 2, one for each guest". I should not be questioned if I need an additional towel, I am the paying guest. if we have room with one big bed, we had two beds with wheels. It is not so good for young couple. the price for one night stay was much too expensive. It was not possibile to park my CAR in the garage because no space. Mediocre breakfast, inconvenient to the airport (my mistake, didn't check the Munich S-bahn map; on my search, it looked close -- which it is, by road. Cab to/from airport was about 30 euros.). The price of the breakfast is outratious. 15 Euro for a very much standard buffet - it is too much. That alone is the reason that I will not stay at this hotel again.
