The lateness of my arrival did not cause any inconvenience to anyone. I arrived at 23.20 and was able to enjoy a meal at the bar and was not hurried or made to feel a nuisance.

Everything . Probably the best overall business Hotel I have ever stayed in taking into account every detail . Personally if a Hotel is worth a 10 then this is a 10 .

In my view a fantasic hotel. The staff were excellent (friendly and helpful) and they had a welcome pack for my dog ready in the room (bed, food mat and water bowl). The hotel is a nice mix of modern/designer and comfort.

The hotel restaurant looked nice, but all the dishes, including fish had meat in them. This is really offputting for a vegetarian.

the central location of the hotel

the breakfast area was badly laid out and messy. both mornings we arrivied down for breakfast and there were alot of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared, we had to ask both mornings for a table to be cleared
