The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly and also helpful. Quick access to airport; price; service. The hotel was easy to find and in a good position in relation to the airport and the city centre. Public transport to both were efficient and reasonably priced. we walked into the city centre and found the road signs easy to follow and maps provided at the hotel were helpful. i could not fault the staff who were helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs!.

Neighbourhood is not the greatest. not a major issue - but there was no hard-line internet connection -- not a problem--my wifi wasnt working so no big deal, but it might be a good idea to have a hard-line back-up just in case. Piped music in the corridors - not audible in the rooms but stillunnecessary. No family rooms available so we had to take 2 twin rooms. Hotel is unfortunately located on the crossroads of two very busy roads, the room was therefore very noisy, and the night was too hot to not have the window open. If staying there again I would recommend an inwards (car park) facing room. to internet to parking to room service. There was no possibility to use internet.bar, lounge : not really very pleasant or comfortable. A bit far from center. A lot of external noise, even in a courtyard-facing room. Too few tables in the restaurant to seat guests at busy times.Housekeeping service not as good and helpful as front desk. uncomfortable bed, pillow. There were no hot water at morning.
