The hotel has a separate dining room for hotel guests, a lounge with TV, a bowling alley as well as a lawn. A special feature of the house is the tower room and the bell tower with 14 bells that play changing melodies.

The modern seminar rooms offer space for 30-50 persons are are equipped with flip chart, overhead projector, video recorder, TV, magnet board and other modern facilities. They are also suitable for private festivities.


Important information to guests

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Guests arriving by car using the GPS system should enter in Berghausen (Rhein-Lahn-Kreis). Entering the postal code of the property might result in a wrong location.

Information about the area

The hotel is surrounded by forests and therefore ideal to go walking, hiking or cycling. Discover the unique mountain landscape and observe wild animals. The nearby village Katzenelnbogen has a pool which is ideal to relax on hot summer days.

Due to the central location of our hotel the most interesting attractions of the region are easily accessible e.g. the Lahn valley with the cathedral city Limburg or the spa towns Bad Ems, Bad Schwalbach, Schlangenbad, Wiesbaden and Lahnstein. The Rhine valley is well known for its ruins and castles. The city Rüdesheim with the Niederwald monument and the Drossel alley and St. Goarshausen with the famous Loreley cliff are also well worth a visit.

- Motorway A 3, Cologne Frankfurt, exit Diez/avalanche.
- Drive on the B54 towards Bad Schwalbach to the city Zollhaus then take the second turn on the right to Berghausen.

Coming from the Rheintal drive via St. Goarshausen, Nastätten, Katzenelnbogen to Berghausen.
