This eco-friendly hostel is set in scenic Lower Saxon countryside in Alt Garge, directly on the River Elbe cycling trail. Hostel Plan 1 offers free Wi-Fi and a large garden with terrace and children’s playground. Hostel Plan 1 features natural interiors with wooden furniture and floors as well as environmentally-friendly bedding. Some rooms have their own private bathroom, or a balcony. 100% organic food is served in the café, with fair trade options wherever possible. The café is brightly furnished with conventional dining tables and parquet floors, and offers a view of the garden. Hostel Plan 1 is an ideal base for fishing, hiking and cycling here along the River Elbe. The hostel has its own bicycle garage and can also arrange bicycle transfer for guests canoeing to Lauenburg, 30 km away.
