This hotel provides everything you are looking for if you don't need to stay in a posh international hotel like Marriott: clean rooms, English speaking and service oriented staff, acceptable breakfasts, free wi-fi. If you can afford more than a hostel but don't want to spend unnecessary money, this is your choice. You shouldn't expect some sin luxury but it is average three star hotel like anywhere else in Europe. Especially the staff was excellent and very helpful which is the most important t.

The restaurant served breakfast at 2.30 when I have to go to the airport. A service I never got before. They were nice, friendly and service minded in all situations. I choose the hotel for the convenient location close to the city center and its good price. The staff -Irina, Christina and Zviad - was very helpful and nice. Despite the fact that is on an intensive traffic zone, the sound proof windows were very good. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The friendliness of the hotel was very good. It is on the side of the busiest road of Tbilisi. Even the windows are sound proof the noise from the street was annoying. not located at the center of the city. located on A very noisy road but inside the hotel and rooms is completely quiet. poor lighting and no hangers in bathroom. Anders komt alles tergelijk. If you order a 2 or 3 course dinner, always ask to get the courses separately. If not, you'll get them al together. That seems to be everywhere in Georgia the case. The hotel is expensive & small in size. Poor breakfast, buthroom is uncomfortable, 2 my requests were ignored. The hotel is old and feels dated. Needs renovation. Bad smell in the bathrooms. Located is an area is hard to explore by foot, since it is surrounded by high-speed roads. Bad smell on the floor and in the room, poor breakfast. And I was very disappointed when they couldn't provide me with an iron, but offered to iron my clothers for money. Don't recommend.
