We had just arrived from an Edinburgh flight. I had never been in Toulouse before and there were a fair number of diversions. However we found the place , had a good meal not far away and a good nights sleep. We were travelling to a family wedding N/E of albi on route d999 and it was easy to get out of the town and onto the road we needed. All in all not a bad experience. Room was perfect for a few days break. Modern decor and facilities. Kitchenette ideal to cook a few basic meals. Staff were helpful and always available. Restaurant in the hotel around the corner was really good. Easy access to the team line and metro links into town. Able to get public transport to and from airport easily.

I would give 8/10 to the hotel in terms of value for money whereas 5/10 to Hotel Balladines which is also close to Residhome Tolosa. I have booked both hotels for 14 nights each. We like this aparthotel very much - great kitchen, spacious rooms, friendly personnel, excellent parking, very good quality for reasonable money, close to airport - we were in the airport after ten minutes, but we haven't heard any noise in our rooms. excellent facilities for the money, clean, I like being able to save by preparing meals in the unit, easy access from airport, parking facilities. It's not walking distance from tourist sites but if one is traveling by car that is no problem. Inbetween the airport and Toulouse and a short drive to either. We landed late in the airport, got our car rental, found the hotel easy, had a good night sleep then drove into Toulouse the next day in about 10 mins. Easy. Value, quality, proximity to public transport, kitchenette, secure underground parking, quiet, overtly helpful staff. Requested a particular room and it was allocated without fuss. Please take note Park. Suites, Purpan. the room is large, comfortable clean and we appeciate the kitchenette. It was very calm too;. Parking. Good location,clean,queit and comfortable. Friendly staff. we valued the cleanliness and comfort of the appartment. The big and clean room with a nice kitchenette. The amount of high quality space. it was clean and comfortable. Good parking, big room. Room was quite large which is good when you have a lot of luggage. Good to have onsite parking. Only needed a bed for one night as just travelling through, was adequate for that. Good location, good parking,well equiped kitchenette. Price, room was clean, bathroom and wc in the room ,. value for money . Couple of things in the room needed a little tlc such as the washing up liquid dispenser leaked, and the toilet flush kept sticking. Also the shower drainage appeared to be a little blocked so water built in the tray and there was a slight smell. Reception organised it to be looked at next day but problem not fully resolved. None were big issues and didn't stop it being good value. Heating was not ok. Sometimes bad odour complaints. Breakfast is expensive. It/s far from centre for the walking - but it isn't fault of the hotel!. can't have everything-notvwalking distsnce to tourist sites. Only one English language tv station, but this is a minor gripe. the price of the carpark. Front desk could have been a bit more helpful regarding public transport. We mentioned that we needed the sofa bed ready and it wasn't made...when asked for sheets got a set that didn't fit and never managed to get the proper size..and of course I had to do it myself. noise from main street. Choose a bedroom on garage side. Paying for parking and no breakfast. The shower door which didn't keep water away very well. High cost of breakfast. The assortiment of breakfast products is limited though the products that are available are of good quality. The fitness room only has cardio equipment, no weight lifting facilities. no lights at the elevator hall. Had a triple room three single beds, beds were very narrow and hard, pillows terrible. Kitchenette and its equipment I've found not cleaned, the refrigerator isn't prepare to use, because of very strong smell of rotten fish inside.We have to buy some smell absorbents, but it was impossible to keep food without closed box. Location and transportation to the town.. breakfest very bad without any special items, only basic. 10€ to get nothing... better go to next MCd for better cheaper breakfest.
