Very friendly & helpfull staff, close to the Place du Capitole and all the shopping & fresh produce markets. A beautiful building from the 1850's, smartly decorated, clean rooms. We will be back.

Got a little hot over night but it was our honeymoon !

The location is good, lots of eateries and shopping area. Convenient. Just that due to route diversion we are unable to go nearer to the hotel. Instead we have to park at victor Hugo carpark and walk there.

Everything was of a very high standard and all the people were very kind and pleasant.

I felt doubtful about mthe lift, but that was my probvlem really.

Very friendly staff and great hotel. Had to print some documents and they really helped me out. Good breakfast and perfect location if you need to go somewhere in town.

The location. Is in the old part of Toulouse, much nicer than near the train station and very close to the Capitole, with some wonderful impressionist art upstairs and free. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

It took a while to get hot water and mattress was so so.

Great location, close to everything you will want to see and do within Toulouse. Most of the staff were nice. Our room was bigger than we expected for the price we paid. This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a clean no-frills kind of place. It was perfect for our needs!

There is wi-fi only in the reception area and not in the rooms. There is only a bath with a handheld shower head rather than an actual shower. The lighting in the bathroom was rather poor.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the location. The breakfast was excellent

Bathrooms need some attention - the shower hose was not attached to the wall thus rendering showering in a small cubicle very difficult

Closeness to central square where something new happened frequently.

Layout of the hotel, smallness of the room, fact that I had to climb up on a chair to plug in the fan, whereas it was very hot. Lack of air conditioning.
