The hotel is placed perfectly for my purposes in the centre of the town, near to restaurants and to the cycle paths along the river. It's an elegant hotel both inside and out - my room was a delight. The owners and staff were entirely helpful and generous without being intrusive. Good to have on-site parking and a perfectly judged breakfast. Staff very helpful, able to communicate in English if your French is wanting. When Restaurant of our choice was fully booked staff recommended another (excellant choice), making a reservation and ordering taxis. Excellant buffet breakfast, even provide tea pots! Public areas and rooms always immaculately clean.

Couldn't get the air conditioner to work. the fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel for dinner in the evening. we were hoping for a typical french meal, but had to go out, which wasnt a problem as there are many restaurants nearby. Staircase going up to the room is a bit of a hassle with a baby and toddler. Sully sur Loire wasn't as pretty as we thought it would be. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
