Helpful, friendly staff, location to old city center. great location. Parking available.The hotel staff where extremely helpful in obtaining a taxi to the airport as well as answering any questions that I had. It was my husband's birthday surprise! We ate in lovely restaurants , did some sightseeing and shopping.The fact you walk out the front door and your right in the center of Rennes.

I managed to fill the bin in one day and the second day it stood unemptied. (2) The phone behavior is strange. I asked to switch it on for incoming/outgoing calls, but got incoming calls addressed to the lobby (such as requests to book a room). (3) The price for breakfast does not seem reasonable. no facilities for making hot drinks in the room. Had to pay for internet access, the room was noisy and the parking was difficult to acciss. small rooms and average bathrooms. no minibar in the room/small room. room was smaller than I anticipated. Asked for non smoking room and I had a super smoking room staff was unfriendly had paid extra for a superior room. The mosquitoes and a bite too noisy. The shuttle from the airport promised on the website did not exist. Iwould not have booked this hotel except for believing that there was ashuttle service. The rooms were too small. facilities are poor.
