i cannot fault this hotel at all throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. excellent hotel, very helpfull staff, good location. Good value and location. Good value.Home atmosphere, close to the interesting part of a town. Comfortable room, giving good value for money (35 Euro). The location of the hotel was great and the staff was very willing to make recommendations of nearby restraunts.

The location was prime, just a block a way from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the Promenade d'Anglaise.Location.Easy access from airport via bus, 2 minutes walk to sea front,10 - 15 minutes to city centre. the hotel was a bargain because we booked it online, if you call the hotel directly they charge double. Good location - near to the Promenade and right on Rue de France. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful.Most staff were lovely. However there was one incident where a staff member, who appeared under the influence of alcohol, shouted at u for no good reason. Location, friendly staff, modern TV, easy to find, close to sea, big balcony, quite environment. staff looks tired. easy transportation. make sure to book parking with the hotel in advance, we drove round for 40mins to eventually find a space close enough to the hotel. Lack of parking.Lack of parking place. Elevator was outdated and took awhile to use. the rooms were small, but clean,. A serious paint job. Interior was a bit worn. tat they were able to access my credit card numbers easily on the internet. No fraud protection against this. Shower did not have a brace, so it had to be hand-held! But for the price we were laughing. The hotel was old and the elevator suspect. Thought I requested twin beds, I got a double with a very small bed.Web- site noted choice of breakfast, however, no menu displayed and onlychoice of tea or coffee offered with continental breakfast. free internet and wifi were advertised and when we got there they said the wifi wasnt working, so we used the computer in the lobby and they charged us 15dollars for it. kind of ridiculous and very frustrating. The rooms need revamped and redecorated. Plus there was a prostitute outside most nights !!. difficult to find free parking around, old furniture in the room, just 6 TV programs (all french), hot water problems. Internet connection is poor. Bedroom carpet was very dirty and the fridge was filthy.not clean, bited by small insects. everything especially location.
