Hotel is located near the highway, which was a good point for us, since we were travelling by car and visited different cities near Nice (Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monte Carlo). So basically we only slept in Nice. Hotel needs some renovation, but it was clean and decent. Room was quite small with a tiny bathroom, but we knew about when booking, so there's no reason to complain. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day.
