The staff was very friendly, though the English was not perfect it was enough to settle things we needed. The room was very clean and comfy, with a separate entrance and a small garden before. We also liked the possibility of having breakfast outside on the terrace. It is close to the airport and only 15 minutes by walk to the beach (circa 5 km to the city center). The Chambre d'hôtes Serenita di Giacometti villa is locate 10
minutes from the promenade des anglais in a quiet area. The staff (dear
bernard !) is very hospitality and very helpfull. Listen to his advices
and his recommendations.

We had a slight problem finding an entrance because the nr. 166 belongs to the whole block of buildings but it took us only 5 minutes or so to get oriented.
If you want to travel out of nice you must have acar.
Shower head needs to be mounted so that you can stand under it. Should be glasses and bottle opener in the room. Glasses and opener were provide by the host on request from the upstairs kitchen.
