The welcome we received from the Manager and staff. Their helpfulness and courtesy. The location was great, the staff were fantastic and the room was lovely.Everything was so beautiful.Nice staff, service, etc.Excellent!!!. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Rooms though small were kept very clean. Ideal base for seeing the sights.Location in a quiet side street. Short walk from the bus station that takes you to Beauvais airport. About 15 mins walk to The Arc de Triomphe.
all reviews » The hotel was excellent and beautifully decorated and situated in a lovely parisian street. The location was also excellent for local transport, including the metro. themed bedroom, nice staff, near Porte Maillot to get Ryan air bus. friendly staff and would certainly return. Week-end rate was excellent value for money. Had booked a single and a twin, and happened to receive a double (single occupancy) and a double. As to previous comments: we did not have breakfast (late wake-up...), and the sole lift may not be fast but there are only 4 floors.We chose this hotel mainly because it was in our price range and because of its proximity to the drop-off point for the Paris Beauvais navette at Port Maillot. You can easily walk from the bus park to the hotel. The hotel is also only a short walk from the the Sablons metro station. The hotel staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. very friendly and helpful staff; clean room and bath/toilet. staff very helpful and friendly their English was excellent. Friendly helpful staff, good location.The receptionists were helpful and nice. staff were very helpful ,good location. I was their very briefly (just overnight) but it was comfortable andfelt professional yet laid back. short distance to conference place. It was quiet yet welcoming. hotel staff - very friendly, nice location. a very cute authentic rustic decor in the hotel. the lady who served breakfast in the dinning room downstairs was very rude, but everybody else was fantastic.the lift was too slow. too many cushions on the bed; no enough space to put 3 suitcases and walk around - but thats normal in paris.The breakfast could have been better value for money. No vegetables. rooms were small, breakfast was expensive for a family with children. The lift worked erratically. room was small and it was too hot in the room and it would have been nice if ther was coffee\tea making facilites in the room.some of the breakfast staff were appallingly rude and ignorant and unfriendly.
