beauty of hotel, comfort of bed, modern bathroom with excellent shower, extremely helpful & knowledgeable reception staff, central location, comfortable waiting area, available literature about the town & the region. Just about everything really!. The hotel is in an old, old building, but is refurbished to have quite convenient accommodations. Good internet and convenient (although not free) parking. Good location near the old town and adjacent to tram station.

Location was perfect for city walks especially to the magnificent Place Stanislas. Very nice location next to the cathedral and close to the famous square. Nothing. lift was out of operation our entire visit. we didn't take up offer of lower floor (we were on top floor) but would have appreciated help with carrying our suitcase up & downstairs, & perhaps an offer of some slight reduction in cost might have been appropriate. Inclusion of eggs in breakfast menu. Breakfast not included in the room cost. A minor point but, as with many european bathrooms, there was a shower in the bath but no shower screen or curtain. Our room was a bit small for the price. When there are a lot of guests staying, the breakfast room is very crowded and uncomfortable, so much so that we only used it the first morning and ate out after that, there is a nice tea room close by that does b'fasts. The room is small. No shower in our room. Hand held only. Warm water is hard to get at times but you only have to wait a few minutes for it to return. Would have liked to be able to make myself a drink in my room. A kettle in room would have been welcome. No parking place, have to park in a public place which need 12+Euro per day. The price is high and not include breakfast. Would have liked some water in our room which is a basic provision and no tea making facilities. There was nothing I did not like however the breakfast food croissants could have been fresher. No hot drinks available in the room (kettle etc) - No air con on our level. Difficult to locate hotel due to number of one way streets. Parking in a multi storey car park around the corner was only a small annoyance. Wifi did not work in our room; public plaza in front of the hotel was noisy at night. the breakfast that was quite simple with no variety and the fact that there was no room service e.g. food. Parking. Nothing. Area can be rather noisy, late at night. Was noisy in the morning, but understand this is due to wooden floors. bedroom a bit small. Breakfast selection. Narrow tub with hand held shore and no shower curtain. No parking included. The street noise. address difficult to locate because they use the "Place" rather then street. Noisy plumbing. Staff incompetent. No safe in room. Described with air conditioning. Only a handful of rooms with ac. letsbookhotel.com description misleading . What hotel doesn't have room safes? Worst reception staff in the world!.
