The staff, and the location. The location.there was always someone at the desk, it was in a great location and fair for the price. The location - very close to centre and railway station. Excellent location and breakfast. Location was good.At least it was clean & did not smell. For the price, no problems.It was a bit shabby. all reviews »
The hotel staff were extremely rude to each of my friends and myself on multiple occasions. The room we were given had a phone that did not work, and after receiving phone calls the receptionist was outrageously rude to the people calling us. I felt that the staff took advantage of the fact we were young travellers, as they would never have permitted themselves with older clients.The room was cramped and dark. Carpeting was poorly fitted and there were holes in the walls in areas. The bathroom was poor and we felt misled by the hotel photos and descriptions. The staff were unwilling to accomodate our request for a change of room. It's a dump. L'angleterre nearby was the same price & was full - Abasun was almost empty !.
