place was great..there were a few reviews that were negative but i found the place to be opposite of what they were saying and for the relative price compared to this region this place is a no brainer if you are on a budget you have to put up with a bit more fuss..if youre not prepared to put up with anything, spend more money to be pampered completely. Excellent location, staff and facilities. Great views of the mountains and you can be skiing within 2 minutes from leaving the chalet.
