Stayed here with my daughter on a mini-break from Geneva. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with excellent facilities including bath and shower, television and fabulous heating. Brilliant location, easy walk to everything, vibrant street scape and access to cafes, restaurants and Christmas Markets. Staff provided maps and advice, held our keys whenever we went out, and were always available to help. Check in and check out were seamless and professional and th.
