very comfortable bed, no cigarette smell in room and no chemical disinfectant smell, properly sized bathtub, windows that open, right across from the train station, quiet. will definitely go back. I have stayed at so many recently that I seldom remember specific details. I have no complaints about any so far.very good staff, very good food. The resturant was delicous and the staff were extremely helpful. Location is also great due to being located right next to the train station.

We didn't really want to carry all the stuff we had with us from the railway station to some far away location. The hotel seems to target mainly business people, not really tourists. Thus, the rooms are practical but rather simple. Extremely straightforward access from Part Deu. Hotel staff is there to serve you even after the official deadline, which is said to be 23:00 (I arrived at 23:55 and got my room immediately). Internet works fine. Fortunately both were satisfactorilyresolved, but caused some anxiety in the meantime. The hotel seemed unaware of your correspondence with them.I have made booking of this hotel under booking.com howvever, when I checked-in, the staff said there is no such record. Luckily, I have printed out the confirmation and the staff offered me the room in the rate it mentioned on booking.com. Communicating door not locked so had to report it. Air conditioning reported not working but not fixed. Front desk staff - maybe too tired, but on our arrival they had moments when they were rude. it looks worn, and there shall be a maintenance program in place to make it looks tidier and newer.Breakfast was not included in the price, but this I knew before, because it was mentioned on the web page. small tv screen. I did not like the fact that the staff did not know about the non applicability of the local taxes and did not go through the details of the booking. Hotel quality was very poor, rooms are old and in very bad condition and not clean.
