The hotel is close to Grottes de Lourdes, walking distance. The amenities in the room: no mat in bathroom, bedside lamp not available. There was not any aircon or fan. Owners/Staff awkward and unhelpful. Poorly decorated and furnished, children described it as something out of a horror movie. Bathroom facities and communal areas are very dated and poorly maintained. Wifi ground floor only, lift to 4th floor only available if not being used by staff. Check out procedure declined all debit and credit cards, fortunately there is a cash machine next door.
