The comfort of the bed. It was firm and supportive. The underground car park was easily accessible. Dark and cool which was useful during an August trip. The room we had was spacious, light surprisingly cool as the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. We slept very well. Very nice people, good cleaning services, help while leaving..Because of the special offer, it was a very nice room for a good price. Near the highway, near to Eurodisney, large room, close to a RER station. all reviews »
Service of hotel and staff attitude. friendly, swimming pool.nice view. the staff were very helpfull even though they were experiancing problems. the rooms were spacious and clean. close to paris. very relaxed manner. A little way out, but within easy reach of railway station. A better street map of the local area would help. Nice sized room, potentially good facilities, friendly helpful staff. it was easy to find, quiet location, and lots of space in the room with terrace. good front desk willing to help answer questions and suggest places to see. The room was comfortable and it was very calm. close proximity to disneyland. we had plenty of space, and an underground secure car park. We also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. suite for 4 is convenient when traveling w children.The size and layout of the room. The concept is good, but the execution was poor. The staff was very helpful and the studios were spacious which is great for families with young kids. Very close to Disneyland as well.the position of the hotel was ideal for me. The receptionist was the most helpful otherwise very unhappy.I travel frequently and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayedin.There is not enough room here to go into detail so I will be writinga seperate complaint. Restaurant is closed on a Saturday which means you either have to go out or have a pizza delivered to your room. There are no restaurants in walking distance.We didn´t have a breakfast, seemed a little bit expensive. Mukeet was old and dirty. Hotel is at a distance from train station and difficult for children to access it very easily. the kitchen utensils where missing and it was difficult to obtain replacements. Original room to which I was assigned was not properly cleaned and rediculously hot. After bringing this to attention, I was assigned new room which was good. A few silly things however. While room had snack-making facilities, there was very limited cutlery and e.g. only one drinking glass. all of the large floor tiles/concrete flooring squares inside and out were not fixed to the ground dangerous for any one especially with womens shoes!. slow internet access and not available in the rooms, some areas of the hotel were run down and in poor condition. The lack of chairs and tables in the room and on the balcony.not enough crockery for all the guests. very dirty carpet and broken furniture, could really do with a bit of re decoration. Conditions of the facilities were mediocre, and the pool was not available for the majority of the day (it appears is shared with a fitness group, which was not disclosed). The pool was not part of the hotel and only opened at certain times. The kitchen area could have been better appointed: no microwave or bottle opener or toaster...the shower was not good, the tea/coffee facilities in the room did not work. the restaurant was closed during our stay. Room "well used" and in need of repair. The service was extremely poor. We booked a room for 6. There were five beds. There were two pillows.There were no towels. There was dishes for only 3. The shower was brokenand there was no plug so we couldn't bath or fill the sink up to wash.There was oneclothes hanger for 6 people. The room was filthy withcobwebs hanging from the light fittings. We did complain but were toldthe hotel was full and they had minimal staff!.
