The hotel is in the central of lille close to both train stations , grand palais , restaurants , shopping centre . Breakfast is reach . all personel is helpful and friendly .rooms are clean and modern.I higly recommned this hotel I would definately stay there again .

Staff friendly and helpful. Great shower and quality toiletries. Large HD flat screen TV. Free room safe. Free Wi-Fi. Located 10 mins walk from Eurostar and 5 mins to city centre. Fair price compared with other hotels.

Room was narrow. Drinks expensive (Eu12 cocktail, Eu15 brandy). Eu15 for continental breakfast seems high but it was nice and other options outside were also expensive.

This is our second stay at the Hotel Up & once again we enjoyed our stay clean comfortable with friendly staff offering good advice on where to dine

Extremely clean and very helpful and polite staff.

Considering the lack of facilities and the fact breakfast was not included, I thought it was expensive. The air conditioning in room 503 was noisy, which affected a good nights sleep. At the breakfast table there was an effort to have lovely plates and cups etc that it left absolutely no room on the table for anything else.

hotel very close to vieux lille and the main square. staff were very accommodating. the a/c in the original room inadequate so they gave us a new room immediately. very helpful

lille itself, stay to the old town don't venture out, very sketchy town and very dirty. do venture to the wazamme market.

Warm welcome on arrival from reception staff. Nothing missed. We did not have to ask a single question. They even escorted us to the lift. Rooms were a littlle on the compact size, but very comfortable with lovely fittings and a great large shower

The only negative I could find was the solid floor covering which seemed to accentuate the noise of early morning foot steps in room above ours.

Car parking is remote-one block away. OK but a little inconvenient. The location is good and seems safe but there are beggers in the street outside and some touting for street parking spaces.

Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom and l'occitane products. Good hair drier. Great coffe and tea making machine and plenty of extra products available on asking. Very quiet room especially as close to station and centre of the town.nothing too much trouble for the staff

Room was quite dark as it faced a small internal courtyard about 12 square feet and surrounded by tall walls. Didn't have breakfast as it was 15 euros extra and lots of places nearby.parking was about 10 mins walk away but tricky to find if you don't know Lille even with directions from lovely staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the Hotel was modern, well-balanced and clean. The location was very handy for both Lille Eurostar and getting into the City to sightsee and eat out at night. The Breakfast was also very good in terms of food quality and value for money.

The self service drinks in the room could benefit from having milk sachets supplied.

Great location and easy to get to from Lille Europe station. Very close to main square. Hotel rooms were very nice, great bathroom and very modern. Quiet in regards to traffic. Staff very friendly and made recommendations and booked us for some great restaurants.

Lack of mini bar/fridge in room as was away for a mini break and wanted to put some drinks in fridge to keep cold. Also could clearly hear squeaking/ noise coming from above rooms when guests were walking around their hotel rooms.

The hotel is so central and the room and bathroom especially was excellent. The staff were very helpful on reception.

We were in a triple room but having asked for an extra coffee cup and glass and extra coffeeon the 1st day, the cleaning staff never left extra ones each day when the room was cleaned.

A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time. Everyone up! :)

We got a friendly and warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The room was nicely decorated. We recommend this hotel as base for a Lille city trip.
