The appartments are very nice with new furniture and well equiped. We had very nice view. There is good sound isolation. The appartments have great value for money. Well, there is a lot of contruction going on in the hotel complex, because many buildings are not finished yet. If you don't mind the machines, the dust and the noise than you'll have a good stay. There is no restaurant arround, the closest is at 10 min walking on a forest path. Also the only place to buy food from got closed during our stay. But, there are many shops in the main resort.

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per stay for cots.
