Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:

Reception opening hours in the winter season: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Friday from 8:00 to 22:00 Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 Sunday from 8:00 to 19:00 Reception opening times in the summer season: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 and 20:00. Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi, 2 bathrobes. For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00) Available at an extra cost: housekeeping mid-week (the number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability. The indoor, heated swimming pool is open all year (except 15 days in January). The heated, outdoor pool is open from June to September. A EUR 500 damage deposit will be charged for each apartment on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

In addition to the listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with 4 hotplates, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a balcony, terrace or loggia with garden furniture. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. The 3-room apartments (6/7 people) have an open-plan kitchen.
