friendly staff. Location and Price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the marina. Excellent value for money, we could have even cooked for ourselves if we werent so lazy!. it served our needs very much, teh rate was good, the place was clean, warm and our stay was very plesent.We were able to smoke in our room. The pool, friendly staff, location. pool opening and closing times not early enough and noy late enough. The only difficulty was getting into the hotel the first night,you had to phone for a security code which cost us for the call,would be better for them to contact you in advance and provide you with this info. The receptionist's english was very poor (luckily we speak french),considering she works face to the public I would have expected better. Also, lack of info regarding buses etc.there was no reception at the evening time when we checked in at 5.30 as advised on our documentation. However when I called the telephone number onthe wall there were no further issues thereafter. Very basic facilities in the room, dated furniture.

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that can be requested online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.
Until 16/11/2014 the price includes bed linen and TV.
Available at an extra cost:
- beds made upon arrival
- housekeeping mid-week or cleaning kit
- a kit of towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel).
The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise until 12.00). An end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) is included
The swimming pool is available from April to September.
