Pleasant staff. English speaking in France!!!! Perfect location for easy access to the slopes. The very centre of the city is a 5 minute walk. The common areas of the hotel could be improved and refurbished. In general - it is very good value for money when you come for a skiing holiday with family or friends. Good, clean accomodation, ideal for a week on the slopes. Ski right up to the door.all reviews »
Excellent value for money. It was clean and had everything we needed, and there was plenty of free parking. Staff on reception very helpful. The special kindness of the 1-person staff of the hotel.A little walk into town but not too far.... The room was very small, and there was only 1 sofa in a room for 5. (There was 4 of us and we couldn't all sit down at the same time)
It had a cooker but you could not have had a sit down meal for 5 people. Reception was closed when we arrived and we had to walk around for an hour and a half before we could check in.One of the rooms did not heat properly.
