Beautiful villa, excellent location, approximately ten minutes by foot to nice private and public beaches, as well as to the train station (trains come frequently, which makes it easy to visit all major cities and sights on the coast). Although, it is next to a main road, the noise is absolutely not disturbing in the room. Has secure private parking.
We stayed in a small mansard room, which was very nice and clean, however, the bedroom and bathroom areas are not separated by wall. The room has . all reviews »
An amazing place. Beautifully renovated historic villa owned/managed by a lovely couple. Great for a Romantic stay. Breakfast served in the garden - fresh and tasty, croissants, milk, juice, eggs, vegetables. We stayed in a small penthouse overlooking the sea - very pleasant, comfortable and aspirational.
7 minutes walk to beach, parking inside the yard. Great value for money. Overall, Antibes and surrounding area are convenient base to explore Riviera by car.
Friendly staff but they do not speak English but they are very understandable :), free WiFi and parking on the hotel's territory. Typical french breakfast: croissant, jam, coffee, juice. 7 min walk to beach. Few shops near hotel. Clean and big room. Bus stop (probably Gabelle) in front of the hotel: easy access to Cannes, Nice if you do not have a car.
The rooms were charming and spacious. Great high ceilings. It is only a five minute walk to the beach of Golf Juan which is one of our favourite locations on Cote D'Azur. The hotel is great for parking too, which can be a problem along this coast, although we did not have a car.
The owners were friendly and hospitable but with limited English spoken.
Really well run and clean. The owners are very accommodating and go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. Very close to Cannes and a good base to use to get to Nice and Monaco.

It is quite a noisy road. We did not have a car and buses mean standing on narrow pavement with some heavy traffic.
Possibillity to make a cup of tea or coffee at the room could have been nice (B&B).
room had eves, so little head room for my tall husband. Bathroom needed a door.
Room had no bathroom privacy. Since we were sharing the owner put up a sheet. That was kind of odd but nice of them.

I can only speak about the "attic" room, which is utterly impractical. You will hit your head on the beams for sure. More importantly, there is no division between the bathroom (especially the lavatory) and the bedroom. The room was clean and "pretty", but lacks drawer and cupboard space and had no desk/table. Winter weight duvet is inappropriate in summer.Location is unattractive.
