nice and quiet location, spacious room. free parking, free wifi, easy access to town (15 minutes walking). It's a beautiful house-like hotel. Hotel staff are super helpful and speak very good English. Grocery store "Giant" is 2 blocks away, very convenient.It was in the historic part of Dijon. The Staffs friendliness. Its easy access, parking space and proximity to the restaurants of Dijonmake the hotel a good, inexpensive overnight stop when touring France. Friendly receptionist who spoke English. off road parking. Walking distanve from the centre of Dijon. friendly staff, free WiFi, private parking in front of hotel, good breakfast. Welcoming staff; excellent directions for parking lot.rooms were clean and reception staff very helpfull. Access to town.the entrance by car to the hotel is from Longevic St., then an alley which ends right in front of the hotel. It is a good 20-25 minute walk to the nearest "restaurant" area. The hotel is in a quiet area and very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff; free on-site parking; free wireless internet; great location in quiet, tree-lined street and easy walk to old town.Helpful when we phoned to alert of very late arrival (2am) and served breakfast late for us. Distance from town centre later at night after eating out.Poor directions for access to carpark. Instructions for driving round to the back of the hotel and parking: the different road address should be made clear.Walls are paperthin, and you can hear a lot from the surrounding rooms, snorning for example. The WiFi didnt really work. Parking place is small.The room was poorly maintained. Paint was peeling off the ceiling over the shower. I bought this to the attention of the receptionist when I checked out. Minimalistic decor - only a net curtain in the room which overlooked the road - some redecoration would be good.The breakfast is very poor. The breakfast price was not included in the price, we accepted to take the breakfast if the kids would not be charged. The employee agreed and we decided for the breakfast. Next day for my surprise we found 4 breakfasts in the bill. After complaint and discussion they charged us with 3 breakfasts. Of course the employee that made the agreement at the evening before was not there.The rooms were not too clean, the staff was not too friendly, and the worst of all - the hotel was too noisy - one could actually hear people talking in the next room. Dirty, tatty, shower room was digusting, black mildew and scum stains, walls paper thin, noisy, uncomfortable. The discription totaly untrue on your website. Car park impossible to find. Arrived too late to find other accommodation, manager agreed to give us the room for free, we were invited to have breakfast for 7.50 euros - no thank you, god knows what state the kitchens were in, if the rooms for guests were so horrid. Left at 8 unshowered - i wouldn't let a dog shower in there, sickening!.
