easy and convenient. The woman who manages the breakfast was very kind (special for the kids), but the personal in general was also very kind. The appartment is very good for a family weekend with kids. So much better then a standard hotel. Close to metro.the position of the hotel was very good since you can reach every where either by foot or metro. Space and room layout, decor, Knowledge and pleasantness of the staff.

Easy metro ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Good grocery in La Defense area. Hotel personnel were very helpful. Fraser Apartments are in my opinion the best cost-benefit deal in Paris. The rooms are spacious and a kitchen offers you the possibility to fix yourself breakfast and dinner to avoid going out after a long business day. A small super market a 10 minutes walk away caters for the most basic needs and a large super market Auchan in the quatre temps shopping centre near the arch has a huge selection.All was OK. Nice place for stay short or long time. Good location for Champs Elysee. Nice standard. Plenty of room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Nice staff. The room is very large and comfortable. However it is a bit old, at least 25 years old. So it's not like "Suite". Breakfast is not brilliant, but it is probably on average in France. Overall, I would say it is a good hotel.the facilities. we liked the place, the view the furniture. Most of the staff are quite nonchalant about their jobs and will nottake the initiative to offer help. It does not reflect well on theFraser brand name. Only a lovely staff, an asian girl named Patricia ,at the reception desk was eager to help with my requests. She helped mewith my luggage to the taxi as well. However the location of the hotelwas near the metro, so it was quite convenient. the internet was not free it cost me 13 euro per day. a liiitle shabby already. The instructions to find the hotel are very poor. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the arch in La Defence, close to the river Seine. The main entrance is on street level, one level down. If you arrive by Metro you should get off the metro stop before the final stop in La Defence. Overall there is a slight feeling of negligence that hints strongly at management problems.We would like to have some dishes more. A bit of a stale smell in the room. They did not change the tea and coffee/sugar each day when cleaning room, ie top it up. Could not replace the faulty dvd player at 9pm at night as I was told the relevant personnel had gone home. So we coudl not enjoy a dvd. it would be nice if there was some type of porterage service when you arrive. no minibar. The hotel is located very close to the metro. However there is no pub or restaurant around. Also bear in mind you have to go through very long steps to get there as there is no lift near by. Guest with heavy luggage might struggle with it. You have to put a deposit as much as the room charge. The hotel doesn't trust guests, that means the hotel is not safe?. our room smelled like segaretes for 2 weeks and the toilete got no water inside. the staff was very unfriendly no smiling no greetings and there were no porter service to take the luggage from the car to the room and from the rooms to the cars. Guests should not have to pay to use the washing machines and clothesdryers, its ridicuous! And to top it all off, complimentary coffee andtea sachets were given only on the first day of check-in. And when Ienquired at the reception, the staff replied that it is only intended asa one-time welcome 'basket'!. The staff are very bad.
