Located on the border of Monaco and the only hotel on the Cap d'Ail harbour, Le Quai Des Princes overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the Port de Fontvieille. It is 500 metres from the beach. The hotel features an outdoor pool with panoramic sea views and a fitness centre. It offers a 24 hour reception and accepts bookings until midnight for the same night. It offers 32 air-conditioned and soundproofed suites/studios/apartments with a satellite TV and yacht inspired decor. Each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchenette, a private balcony with views of the port or the sea and free WiFi. Guests are invited to relax with a drink on the terrace or in the hotel’s bar. A buffet breakfast is served daily in the chic dining area. The hotel is 3 km from Monte Carlo City Centre and a 30-minute drive from Nice and Nice-Cote d’Azur Airport.

The staff was superb. The location was great. Free breakfast and free parking. We will definately stay there again. The location is excellent, good views and easy walking distance into the centre.It was in a fantastic position with a large balcony that overlooked the harbour. It was easily accessible from Nice airport and the local buses were cheap and made it easy to get around Monte Carlo.

Location was not as near to Monte Carlo as expected. very meagre breakfest, searching of hotel is very difficult. Staff is not very friendly and it is strange thing that you have in big apartment two bathrooms and only one (separate) WC without posibillity to wash your hands. The decor and minor cleanliness problems like in the bathroom shower tray. The balcony door lock was broken, which made my wife and I un-easy where our young childrens safety was concerned.Breakfast was basic, but what was on offer, was fresh, like the Bread and Croissants. Quite a lot! Room was a bit dated and not exactly clean. Some of the furnishings need renewing. The usual , extraction vents very dirty. Cover for control of heating/cooling broken and loose.As we are "mystery shoppers" for large international hotel group we would like to be able to comment to the hotel owners if possible, with a view to improving the standards offered to guests.
