Good location, close to the motorway, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge), there is an iron - very good!!! Everything new!!! Easy parking friendly and helpful staff good size appartment for a couple good street noise insulation Highly recommended during the off-seasons. Take care towels, bed sheets, toiletteries even tissue paper not provided by hotel. CAN BE rented from hotel or manage yourself before check-in. Internet was in a room .

Easily accessible to the beach (20minutes walk), supermarket, bus station very close by. The pool was a plus point. We had all the utensils available to make our food. We also reported the shower was damaged and it was fixed straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ease of access to Nice, St Laurent de Var, Mougins. Free underground parking. Spacious and equipped apartment. hairdryer - absent. It is necessary to bring along linen, towels and other things, pretty high price of final cleaning comparing to our other experiences... The beds are Rick hard & the noise from the apartments upstairs was terrible. Particularly the scraping of the chairs on the tiles. They don't have internet connection. There is a paid wi-fi network around, but I'd like price for internet connection to be included into the price of hotel. Be aware of the addition costs. Local taxes, linen, towels etc. We had to buy our own toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc!!! The worst beds I have ever slept on- like stone. We would have preferred not to have a ground floor apartment although we did overlook the front garden which was pretty full of lavender plants. Everything in town closed on Sunday too much traffic in town centre poor shopping in centre. 1. hot water for shower not enough for family more than 4 persons, as the pit is small 2. dont count on the wifi as it did not work from afternoon to the morning in both days that we stayed. Staff did not check the apartment at the time we left and did not tear off the credit card details taken as a deposit. They told us they will inform us later once they have checked that apartment is ok. There is no contact so far. The mentioned free internet was only for 15 minutes per day! There's no view from the apartment. You have to pay for everything even the bed sheets and toilet papers. The location is not very convenient for tourist without a car.
