The room size. The staff was very helpfull when we told then we'd arrive late. The location if you are just driving by Bordeux and need a place to sleep.

Comfortable and clean room, helpful staff.

Location, not easy to find without a gps, out of town. A bus stop is close, but still it takes 30 min to the city.

Ground floor room was 'noisy' in the evening due to slamming security door and passing guests accessing lift to higher floors.

Room Quite spacious. Good safe parking. Kitchen facilities.

Location not great. Its near a busy road system and 30 mins from town by bus and tram

Good size room

The hotel had a gym but not food or drink machines (other than the coke machine in the car park). Place a bit sterile

Easy-to-reach. Inexpensive. Eco-friendly.

No air con! Not even a fan. Stifling heat made night very uncomfortable, and we were not the only guests who thought so. Foyer was beautifully air conditioned, which is deceptive. Reception closed after 9.30. Lift too small.

calm place; polite receptionists

the staff did not take off the garbage; not available even 1 umbrella /even to buy/ in the hotel;the taxi drivers do not want to come there because not so far from the exhibition center; far from a bus station and any public transport

Dirty sheets charged our credit card eventhough we were suposed to pay in cash. no lake when we told the desk about sheets the guy gave us new one to replace them by our self
