The comfortness of the room and the cleanless. It is also very equipped. Spacious, clean, close proximity to centre (10 mins walk max), nice view from balcony and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very good.Lovely surroundings, nice building, and close to everything. Very convenient position to Monaco. location. This hotel was fantastic! We compared prices to some other hotels in Monte Carlo and it is simply too expensive to stay there. However we found the location of this hotel to be perfect- it basically is Monte Carlo! I will definately stay here again!! It is easy to walk from the hotel to the Casino and restaurants!! Awesome views over the ocean and a great balcony!.

Using my MacBook Pro on the balcony overlooking the blue blue Mediterranean ... it just doesn't get any better than that. Good place for visiting an expensive destination on a tight budget, especially with the added kitchen facilities that an appartment offers over the traditional hotel. Friendly staff. Great location and views. Underground parking.the easy access to Monaco, the on site parking and that the apartment was clean, spacious, serviced daily and the even though it was a sofa bed it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds. The great location for Monaco. The appartment was lovely, very spacious with wonderful views of the sea from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff.Terrace with see view, comfort and cleanness. good position to visit Monaco, wifi good, parking good also if a little narrow. In case of a little problem the staff promptly resolve.The studio apartment was a very good size and the location was central. The orientation in the hotel a little difficult and could be better if floors have the same number in the elevators. Shortage of wardrope space - no where to hang clothing. Only shelfing units available.Yes, it happend that the cleaning service forgot to clean our roomfor 3 days. No closet. Access to rooms and car park may be a nightmare. First time is like finding its way in a maze. However the staff is as helpful as possible. Except the first night (the bedclothes was not complete ...), nothing. Appartment floor could have been cleaner.The AC unit blows air right on the top side of the bed which can be a problem for some people (wasn't for me tho).Breakfast could use some diversity of choice. There was no soap available in the bathroom and the reception desk never had any staff at it. We checked in and out without seeing anyone.Some comments of cleaning staff while working !!!. Reception open until 8pm only. Tv didn`t work (except for the Italianprograms) and wasn`t fixed during the entire stay.Nearby road noise at night. The six person appartment was only supplied with chairs for four in the living room and two chairs (total) for the two balconies. there were no bath anemnities at all. next door guest, noise of traffic, lack of laternative checking in facility between 12:00 and 16:00. The shower hose was broken took two days to mend it and there was nofixing on the wall so you had to hold the shower head.
