staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and had a wealth of information. Always wanting to make our stay a good one. Nice breakfast, machine coffee that was delicious. Car park was good and easy to access. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowds at Nice etc this is the place to stay, easy walk to the beach. Catherine the owner was most helpful from the moment we arrived and offered useful tourist information which proved to be accurate and time saving . I would have no hesitation in staying there again. all reviews » The hotel is located in a quiet place which is in walking distance from the railway station, bus stop and the beach as well. All facilities look renovated and clean. For those who travel by car hotel parking is available for the very reasonable price - 8 Euro per day. The hotel is really good value for money. The staff were outstanding. Catherine and her husband did everything possible to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable. The location is phenomenal, simply a few minutes from the beach, and short drives (or train rides) from the coolest Cote d'Azur spots. Charming. This is a wonderful find, fabulous location, absolutely spotless and the owner - Catherine is so warm and welcoming , it felt like home away from home!! Excellent value for money , have booked again for next month , that's how much I loved it !!!. Charming and helpful owner who has undertaken extensive improvements. Lovely breakfast and delightful terrace. Rooms clean and tasteful. Comfortable and peaceful . Rooms with terrace are worth the slight supplement. Hope to make a return visit. Breakfast was a satisfactory. Location perfect for drivers (proximity to Monaco, Nice etc another big advantage). Personnel very helpful and kind (they suggested a very nice and reasonable priced restaurant named Les Vents d'Anges). We chose this hotel to connect our trip between Monaco and Italy. At the first arrival, we found that the staff is really friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms for 5 people and they're just enough comfortable for our short transit. Stuff in hotel is really friendly and what is the most important - speak English. Room are small but clean and nice. Building is really beautiful and they have own private parking on side!!! Perfect place to visit Nice and Monaco. This is a gem of a hotel. Run by Catherine and her husband . It is excellent value for money,well located,good breakfast choices and spotlessly clean. Catherine advised on good restaurants to eat all good especially L Essential . - stuff was very friendly (looks like family run business) - room was clean and relatively comfortable - it's 15 min drive (car or train) to both Monaco and Nice - two beaches are available in that village. The receptionist was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Showers and rooms spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Good value. More a telecom problem than the hotels but couldn't get internet in our room. The breakfasts were a bit frugal. We liked everything really, but the bathroom while spotless and modern, was a little small. I loved everything !!!. Nothing!. Room could be a little bit larger. Even parking is available but it's 100 meters from hotel. To use internet you have to seat on the stairs! But access is unlimited and free. The sneaky Mosquitos so use the air conditioning and lose the windows!!!. - room was a bit small - there is needed a 5-10min walk to beach. Wifi was a little patchy. There was very little storage space in the room - one small bedside table with a drawer and six coat hangers in an alcove plus some open shelves along the top of the bed. There was no shelf to put soap etc.while taking a shower. The wifi signal is weak at room. A little parking fee applied but it is ok as it is really difficult to park elsewhere. nothing. Cramped bathroom. The air conditioning was switched to 'heating' only -- so had to leave balcony doors open on a warm night!. No WiFi in the rooms. Our room had a very strange smell the whole time we were there it was annoying when we went to the room each time but we got used to it. nothing at all!. Wifi did not work well in the room. Nothing really. No problems. The bed was rather hardand so were the pillows. Nothing. very small room and bathroom.
