On your yes and no questions you should also have " I don't know". Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel pool was not clean. To be fair, it was at the end of the season and I suspect they were preparing to close it up.

Opening hours of the sauna: Monday to Sunday: 17:00 to 22:00. For stays of less than 7 nights, please note that end-of-stay cleaning is included. For 7-night and more stays, please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation themselves. For the Studio, a EUR 55 end-of-stay cleaning fee will apply and for the apartments a EUR 85 end-of-stay cleaning fee will apply. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. A linen kit including sheets and towels can be rented on site at an extra cost of EUR 12 per person. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
