Important information to guests

Please note that access to the seawater pools, lagoon, hammam, sauna and aquagym lessons are at an additional cost. The airport shuttle is only available from Sunday to Thursday, upon reservation and at a surcharge. Access to Le Lagon is free for guests booking at least 2 days of health cures. Guests are advised to bring sport clothes to access to the Fitness and Wellness centres, as well as 2 bathing suits. Swimming caps and sandals are mandatory.

Travelling information

A shuttle bus is available from 09:00 to 16:30 to take you to the airport or to the train stations at Bayonne or Biarritz. Advanced reservations are necessary. Please note that access to the seawater pools, hammam, sauna and aquagym lessons are at an additional cost.
