Lovely little hotel, very cosy. The rooms we were given were big and confortable, with a pretty romatic decoration. One of the rooms had a balcony with a view to the lake, a pleasant place to spend part of a sunny afternoon. The hotel location is nice and also convenient, between the market place and the fortress. We were very happy with our stay.

=the staff was extremely helpful!! I arrived much earlier and they let me check in, however, had to change the room which was a minus, but it's not the hotel's fault.
As well, they served breakfast 30 min earlier (6:30am) on my request due to early departure. And the breakfast was great!

Breakfasts were very tasty, but a bit boring, as there was the same food everyday. Location is very good, especially during summer I guess (we were there during Easter weekend). There is very nice shop with Kartano's own products. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a good choice if you are travelling with a dog. -

Fantastic place, next to a beautiful lake. Nice owner, he makes nice works of art, that are spread out over the estate. Nice breakfast in the morning. Gorgeous sunset, at the little lake side table on the water. Very peaceful!
