  Lovely little hotel, very cosy. The rooms we were given were big and confortable, with a pretty romatic decoration. One of the rooms had a balcony with a view to the lake, a pleasant place to spend part of a sunny afternoon. The hotel location is nice and also convenient, between the market place and the fortress. We were very happy with our stay.... what people say » - =the staff was extremely helpful!! I arrived much earlier and they let me check in, however, had to change the room which was a minus, but it's not the hotel's fault. As well, they served breakfast 30 min earlier (6:30am) on my request due to early departure. And the breakfast was great! =location is 50m away from the lakeshore

  The staff was really friendly. The room was clean. If you need to stay in Lieksa, this hotel is in the very centre of this small town. - I liked that it was close to bus and trainstations and not far from the Koli-ferry.

  Few days ago I went to Mikkeli with my and my friend's family. We rent a cottage in beautiful gated Visulahti. But when we came over, there was a probmlem with our cottage. But it was okey, because manager solve that problem way too fast and smart. Instead of our one cottage, we got TWO with saunas for the same price!
